Maria Maslarova and her team were hired to understand why our HR and Payroll functions were underperforming and to fix the issues. As a Senior Operations Manager overseeing a team of 1,000+ employees, the inability to rely on strong HR and Payroll teams created extra workload for me and my Team Leaders. Maria and her team brought deep expertise, analyzing the situation not only from an HR/payroll perspective but also through the lens of business and operations. They provided invaluable insights and simple, actionable steps rooted in best practices. There is nothing in particular which I disliked about People Success. On occasion there were some times where I needed to follow up on questions but when I did, these were promptly answered. Having opened a new office in Bulgaria and with plans to ramp up hiring in Sofia we were out of our depth when it came to understanding local labour laws and compliance. Not having the knowledge in house meant we sought the specialist advice of People Success, to help get our house in order and ensure we became fully Compliant. Mariya and the services of People Success were recommended to us and they were a fantastic help which made an impact from day 1. Mariya's guidance and diligence was vital and helped us immensely during this period. Not only after an initial project to review and implement policies and procedures but also 2 years later when we felt it was time for another review, Mariya was there help us with every step.
