The product's journey builder is very easy to use, and very comprehensive. We found the companies customer care and enablement outstanding. As a salesforce user, we found that Pendula took the time to understand our set-up, along with our business, and was, therefore, able to provide us with meaningful advice on campaigns that did lead to very meaningful results.
