**What do you like best about PC-Duo by Vector Networks?**

Works well. We use it to access desktops that run POS software at retail locations. 

**What do you dislike about PC-Duo by Vector Networks?**

Sometimes there is lag, but I'm not convinced it's the software. It could just as easily be the connection. 

**Recommendations to others considering PC-Duo by Vector Networks:**

Give it a try. It's a small investment, and even if it's not a long term solution it will help you find that solution when you're ready for it. 

**What problems is PC-Duo by Vector Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When users (employees) don't know how to use the software on their desktop we can walk them through it.

Allows remote printing, allows analysis of a system without interfering with the end user

**What do you dislike about PC-Duo by Vector Networks?**

Older versions had "remote execute" feature, scripting, and command prompt features that are no longer available.

**Recommendations to others considering PC-Duo by Vector Networks:**

Absolutely must implement any/all security features available.
