**What do you like best about Paytia?**

They help us with multiple services, and it is quick and easy to use, which we really like.

**What do you dislike about Paytia?**

I can't think of any reason to say we dislike something.

**What problems is Paytia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paytia provides the phone numbers, digital telephone lines and payment processing services we use. As all the payment handling is built into the telephone service, we can allow any of our staff to take payments using just their softphone. This means we aren't tied to the business. We don't have a single card reader either. It does everything we need, using just our telephone keypads.

The telphony service is great. They give us a scan to call QR codes and a futuristic website plugin that allows customers to click a button on screen to call us.
