While the payroll automation system has made our processes more efficient, I do dislike the outdated and somewhat confusing user interface. It can be difficult to find specific features, and the lack of customization options slows us down, particularly when onboarding new employees. A more modern design and flexible dashboards would go a long way in improving usability. Despite this, the core automation capabilities still make it a useful tool for streamlining payroll.
