This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025 **What do you like best about PayNearMe?** The system is excellent when it comes to payment accessibility, as it allows you to make payments at various establishments. Additionally, it offers the convenience of making payments from home. **What do you dislike about PayNearMe?** It is important to have the ability to update the balance the following day, as well as to provide the balance that needs to be settled on the same day. There should also be an option to display the projected future balance. Immediate debiting of the account is necessary to ensure that no extra charges are incurred beyond the $2.99 fee. Many of our customers express dissatisfaction with the service charge, often commenting that it is too high and questioning why the payment is not deducted right away. Additionally, when a customer service representative inputs account information, they should be able to instantly verify whether the account number to be debited is correct. **What problems is PayNearMe solving and how is that benefiting you?** At the moment, we're not seeing much profit. We're experiencing issues with NSF payments, as they take a considerable amount of time to be processed and reflected back to our business.
