"Paymo is easy to use and effective at what it does"

What do you like best about Paymo?

I like the ease with which I can add a new project, the colour-coding for different clients, the auto-time spent per project calculation, the timesheet layout and, of course, how I can easily create invoices based on the time added to the timesheet. The invoice itself can be bespoke-tailored to my needs as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paymo?

The text/font used in some parts of the app can be difficult to read (too small), there's no dark mode (that I could find), and I dearly wish there was - even if simple - Time Report functionality in the Starter option. I have zero need for the bells and whistles of the other options, being a one man band ... so paying almost double for that functionality doesn't make sense. What do you dislike about Paymo?

I really wanted this app to work for my business, but I was pretty disappointed with their customer support. I had a few questions related to functionality, future plans, and, after not hearing from them, how to completely delete an account. I followed up twice, but the sales team didn’t get back to me—probably because I wasn’t going to buy. Notably, they were quick to respond during the trial.
