It is easy to use and allows me to send professional, detailed invoices each month. I love the timer and the ability to see all of my tracked time for each month. Also, the customer service has been excellent. **What do you dislike about Paymo?** Sometimes it is difficult for me to find or use a specific function, but once I figure out, it is easy to remember and use. But Paymo absolutely stands out, it has a complete set of feature, much more cheaper than wrike and with an awesome support. The application is fast, intuitive, includes time tracking per task, and even a desktop application for unnatended time tracking. The only missing feature frmo my point of view is know what the other team member is working on! But you know what? Is easy to request new features to developers! they are always listening for suggestions! this is the best and most important piece of software for project management. We have been using Paymo and found it very user friendly and cost effective - we currently have 5 users and from a management perspective the snapshot of what people are working on is useful. The UI is self explanatory and visually grabbing. The level of customer support we have had to date has been excellent. We are looking forward to future developments. **What do you dislike about Paymo?** Would like a greater level of reporting where we can see a snapshot of all activities and clients - Some of the items on the summary dashboard are not required for us so to be able to customise the dashboard would be great. As a free-lance graphic designer, I needed a tool that could perform multiple tasks at the same level as a much larger organization: project management, time tracking, estimating and invoicing .The Paymo app allows me to easily perform these tasks and present professional customizable documents to my clients that align with my brand. The tracked time easily converts into an invoice that can be emailed to a client. The invoice can be synced to a pay pal account allowing the client to pay the bill onlPine. The invoice includes a built in status which allows you to track client activity on the invoice. I have used the system for several months now and only once had to contact tech support. When I did I received help in a timely manner. I have several clients that I consult with that may have as many as 4 different projects in progress - being able to track my time against each while being able to generate a report at the client level is powerful **What do you dislike about Paymo?** No integration capability to Salesforce. **Recommendations to others considering Paymo:** There are three areas that I looked at when evaluating this and other tools: 1) Ease of User; 2) Administrative setup; 3) Offline capability. Paymo topped my evaluations on all three. I am currently an individual user. However, I am now leading a team within my company to evaluate Paymo and another tool. Once we make a final decision, we will add between 500 and 1000 users. **What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personally - I hate the task of tracking my time. Professionally, it is an absolute must. Paymo makes it easy. The desktop widget and/or the mobile tracker are two of the best features because I don't have to be connected to track my time - nor do I have to use a cumbersome web tool. More than once I've asked to have something changed or fixed after an upgrade to have them tell me "that's the way it's always worked". I'm paying customer, and they don't want to bother to make the tool configurable to fit me. For instance: 1. A few months back they put through an update that changed the behavior of time posting in agenda mode. I used to be able to have the "weekly view" up and the posting would default to the current day & time when posting. Now it always defaults to the beginning of the week. Their solution was to use the "day" view instead. I say bullshit. I used to work the other way - I never requested a change to this nor was there any communication out that this functionality should be changing. 2. I've asked a couple times now for the default billing period to be configurable. It's set to 15 minute increments. I billing in 5 minute increments...so I'm forced to manually type in entries. Again, the development/support team is more than happy to take my $$ each month but not give me any functionality that I need. **Recommendations to others considering Paymo:** Run the trial. If it doesn't meet your needs, don't fall in love with it. Do not expect the support team to fix an product bugs but they just want to take your money and spend it. **What problems is Paymo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm just trying to track time against project activities.....nothing more. I have separate accounting software for my billing. I use this because it's an online tool and I can get to it from the client site without having to VPN. ### 23. This is way better then Freshbooks, which did nothing but confuse the heck out of my clients. With this we can easily generate invoices monthly for our customers.
