QuickBook Payments **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2019 **What do you like best about PaymentCollect for QuickBooks?** I really like the he's a processing payments through QuickBooks by either using a customer's credit card or checking account. The funds are immediately authorized when you process the payment. It's convenience for our company to use for payments. **What do you dislike about PaymentCollect for QuickBooks?** I don't like the authorization, because it takes a few days for it to physically be funded. Even though the money is authorized that doesn't mean it will be funded to us. Sometimes the payment is disputed by the customer and therefore we don't get our money. I think the payment should be funded immediately after you process it. **What problems is PaymentCollect for QuickBooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem is that we are solving is quicker and faster payments being received and not having to wait for a check to clear through our bank 5-7 days later ### 2. You are able to either use a credit card or an e checking account. The transactions process and allocate and no whether or not the funds are available that day. But they don't come out until the next day. **What do you dislike about PaymentCollect for QuickBooks?** I don't know why the funds take a while to come out, they should come out the same day it's processed. There has to be better technology to take that money out on the same day. **What problems is PaymentCollect for QuickBooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits of having payment collect is alleviating people from mailing in checks and having to wait days and days to receive it from the federal post office ### 3. If a customer does not have cash they can easily pay with a card I do not need to swipe anything I can type in the information. **What do you dislike about PaymentCollect for QuickBooks?** I dislike that if I am signed out it may take a while to access and make the customer wait, but it is not such a big deal. **What problems is PaymentCollect for QuickBooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to take payments over the phone and the customer does not need to be present and I am able to take cards when customers are not able to pay cash.
