**What do you like best about PayLink?**

I really didn't get on with Paylink - found it to be really clunky and very difficult to sue.

**What do you dislike about PayLink?**

Pretty much everything. The user interface in particular.

**What problems is PayLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used it to collect direct debit payments
