There API does everything but is not simple to understand. Their guides are sometimes don't feel relevant, and you have to search a lot of pages to understand what you may want to do. A great overall package that makes onboarding clients easy. As the first piece of compliance software I have ever used I found it so easy to pick up and get straight into my work. As a very demanding customer of PassFort's, at times we ask for very tight timelines for multiple competing projects. There has been positive feedback throughout our organisation for Passfort. It is really intuitive to use and has excellent performance when faced with higher volumes.
