It does so much more than your ordinary sales tool. It really takes the place of 3 or 4 different pieces of software. I personally love the ability to transform data from Salesforce into charts. It's easy to use and essential in making sure data is consistent across numerous objects. Aggregating Data across numerous objects into one field -- a piece of cake. Roll Up Helper has been key in helping our Salesforce Org display data ('roll-up') data across multiple objects. Salesforce has limitations in how many roll-ups (and what field types) and this has been a life saver for us, especially without having to do any custom coding. I do think the UI could be improved upon in Salesforce. At first several uses it's a little difficult to get the roll up scheduled to run (real time, etc), but once you figure it out it's great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
