Only vanilla implementation was done which resulted in a lot of enhancements. **What problems is Passage Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** The team helped us to implement Sales, Service and Experience cloud along with app-exchange products (Conga composer). ### 2. It really takes the place of 3 or 4 different pieces of software. I personally love the ability to transform data from Salesforce into charts. It is also used by project managers, sales and marketing teams, along with billing and accounting to check status's of projects and who will be paying us from it **What do you dislike about Passage Technology?** I believe the customer support and tech support groups could be better. Sometimes when you have a question, you go to them for a quick answer and turns out you dont get it right away and have to wait, which can be frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering Passage Technology:** I would suggest at least looking into it. Even if your company has something in place, this could consolidate software and save money overall. **What problems is Passage Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Passage Technology helps the company from a big picture due to how many different features and options it comes with. As I said several departments can utilize the software to save time and energy that would otherwise have to be done without this software. ### 3. There are no limitations by Master-Detail relationships so you can roll up virtually any field you need, including activities! **What do you dislike about Passage Technology?** Their website could use a little updating with more use-cases. **What problems is Passage Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** My sales team was struggling with having to look in multiple places to find the information they needed or were forced to run reports. With Rollup Helper they are now able to see all the information they need in one easy to view location. ### 4. Aggregating Data across numerous objects into one field -- a piece of cake. I love that any custom object is supported, you can aggregate numbers or text, and custom logic is super easy to configure. **What do you dislike about Passage Technology?** Depending on complexity - you can run into a few Data Lock errors - but their support is top notch. Be careful in how many scheduled roll ups you have - try to leverage their instant update feature. **What problems is Passage Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Number of contacts in an Outreach Sequence, last call type on the contact, rolling up bizible data. We use it to help make sorting and segmenting accounts way easier. This is particularly useful in understanding how your reps are working their accounts and opportunities. The biggest benefit was to roll up Bizible Attribution data on to the opportunity to create custom business logic to suppress touchpoints based on the delta between Opp Creation and Touchpoint date. ### 5. we love Roll-up helper **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2018 **What do you like best about Passage Technology?** Roll-up helper provides an essential function to our business processes at little effort from out end **What do you dislike about Passage Technology?** Roll-ups are sometimes delayed and must be forced through. **What problems is Passage Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding most recent dates, latest products, most recent opportunities, etc. ### 6. Salesforce Limits No More **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2016 **What do you like best about Passage Technology?** Roll Up Helper has been key in helping our Salesforce Org display data ('roll-up') data across multiple objects. Salesforce has limitations in how many roll-ups (and what field types) and this has been a life saver for us, especially without having to do any custom coding. **What do you dislike about Passage Technology?** I do think the UI could be improved upon in Salesforce. At first several uses it's a little difficult to get the roll up scheduled to run (real time, etc), but once you figure it out it's great. **What problems is Passage Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Displaying data across objects for different teams to utilize. Some of our users only work out of a couple objects and shouldn't have to try to search through the system to find exactly what they are looking for.
