## About ParceLive
ParceLive, is a real-time IoT, multimodal cargo tracking service that connects users to live information about the location, condition and security of their assets regardless of their country, carrier or scale. Alerts of exceptional events are triggered and transmitted via the Hanhaa XG network to the ParceLive Portal, or directly into users’ systems via integrated API’s. The data-driven service holds particular relevance for the 3PL industry, for those shipping fragile components such as auto parts or electronics, as well as for the temperature-controlled supply chain.

**What do you like best about ParceLive?**

the parcel live trackers provide ease of use so we are never unsure of where our shipments are, complete traceability with condition check on how our shipments are being treated by couirers

**What do you dislike about ParceLive?**

Pric3e is a serious factor for any business but in our market sector high-value precious metals we can always justify the cost. if you are processing hundreds of shipments or lots of high-value machinery the cost becomes almost negligible especially if something goes wrong or missing they pay for themselves.

**What problems is ParceLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to constantly rely on inaccurate tracking options for couriers we have now also been able to use non-mainstream providers who don't have a tracking system infrastructure, it allows us to provide a service most other businesses just can't.
