I love about Tive is how easy it makes to track your shipment and see in intervals exactly where the tracking logger has been. It is extremely easy to create the journeys to track the logger and can be done quickly and with few issues. It can be seamlessly integrated into any workflow and doesn't have a high learning curve to learn how to use the product and understand what's going on. Tive is very user friendly I like the fact that you can set templets and allows for repeat tracking to be very quick and easy to setup. They give everyone from the carrier, shipper, receiver, and our customer piece of mind. It allows everyone to properly schedule deliveries and always have visibility. I have 4 repeat trackers weekly that are setup in under 5 mins. Also, our designated account manager is great she is able to take time from her day to ensure our tracking is working as it should and even adjust thresholds for us to ensure more accurate tracking. The actual Tive trackers are fool proof as well one button to start them and they are off tracking. Finally, the ability for us to tie our customers in to give them visibility of our tracking from location, G-force, humidity, temperature to light sensing makes these trackers a game changer - no more check calls needed! The amount of detail it that you can see about each shipment is quite impressive. The tracking is mostly live throughout transit.

It's a straight forward site, easy to use. The option of being able to export the data and have it sent to multiple emails is a plus.

Tive's user interface makes it extremely easy to navigate and search / track for freight you are looking for. Implementation seemed to be relatively simple. I have not had any issues, but I imagine the customer suppor team to be accomodating for any issues one might see on the platform. The level of detaislt that one can get regarding humidity, the shock factors, the exact locations with pings adjusted how you would like and so on make Tive easy and so much fun to use. I frequently check in on my refrigerated goods shipments to ensure they are at an optimal temperature and humidty level, without Tive, you would have to play it by ear and hope for the best. The only downside about Tive is it takes some time for the system to accurately generate estimate times of departures once goods are in transit, especially on the road to a port before containers / goods get loaded on a vessel. if the system were able to track and estimate the transit times on each portion of a move more QUICKLY, it would be extremely useful. My company has been using TIVE and I've been responsible for provisioning te devices and contacting TIVE support with any concerns/issues. My experience has been really good so far, there's nothing that comes to my mind that would make me say anything bad about it. The devices work fine, we're getting correct alerts, carriers or the customer aren't complaining. The support is great, I'm always getting a reaaally quick response whenever I need their help. Tive tracking devices are excellent. I consider them very affordable for the performance. You can set your tracker to monitor the specifics be it gps, humidity, temprature, smoothness of ride and light sensitivity. You can set the devices to ping as often as you'd like and obviously the lower number of pings, the longer the battery life. They can be used air, ground or ocean.
