"A practical system that has improved our purchasing and invoice processes"

What do you like best about Papertools?

Papertools has made managing our purchasing process much easier. Creating and sending purchase orders is straightforward, and it's easy to see where each order is sitting without relying on spreadsheets or email chains. One feature I particularly like is the workflow between purchase orders and bills. Once an order has been confirmed, converting it to a bill is simple and saves re-entering information.

We've also found the invoicing, expense tracking and reporting tools useful because everything is connected in one place. It gives much better visibility and helps keep day-to-day administration under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papertools?

There are a few reports that could offer more flexibility and additional customisation options. However, these are relatively minor improvements and haven't impacted how we use the system on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Papertools solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since moving to Papertools, our workflow has become much more streamlined than the system we were using previously. The platform was easy to learn, user permissions were simple to set up, and the team adapted to it quickly.

Having purchasing, invoicing, expenses and reporting managed within the same system has reduced manual work and made information easier to find. "Papertools Makes Multi-Currency Inventory and Profit Tracking Effortless"

What do you like best about Papertools?

The multi-currency and the inventory. I buy stock from China and get billed in Chinese currency, but my books are in Malaysian Ringgit. Papertools records the bill in their currency and keeps my accounts in Ringgit, so I don't do the exchange rate by hand.

When I enter the supplier bill, the stock goes in automatically at what I paid. When I sell, it comes out, and the cost only goes into my profit when the item is sold. So my monthly profit is correct and doesn't jump up and down just because I bought a big container that month.

I can see cost and profit for every item, and the reports are clear. My price list is easy to get out too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papertools?

Nothing really. Only wish is Bosnian language, that would make it perfect for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Papertools solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Papertools I used Excel. I buy from China in Chinese currency and sell in Malaysia in Ringgit, so I had to convert every bill by hand, keep a separate stock sheet and work out my cost of goods myself. It took time and I was never sure of my real profit.

"Easy to understand, with useful tools for everyday paperwork"

What do you like best about Papertools?

As an Executive F&B Manager, I appreciate software that is straightforward to use. Papertools is easy to understand, the screens are well designed, and the workflow makes sense. The video guides inside the platform help a lot when learning something new.

I use invoices, purchase orders, payment receipts and project cost tracking. The AI is handy, particularly scanning invoices from my phone or uploading a PDF and having the details prefilled for me to review. I also like the reports and being able to download documents as PDFs whenever I need a physical copy.

In my view, the Business plan is good value for what it includes. Another plus is that Papertools doesn’t add its own fee to Stripe integration payments—you still pay Stripe’s processing fees. the integration is easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papertools?

I’d like to see more integrations. The selection is fairly limited at the moment, and more connections with other tools would be useful. We already use Employment Hero for payroll, so I haven’t used Papertools’ payroll features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
