What do you like best about Panni?

What I like best is their deep specialization in Sage X3 and their capability to handle complex problem solving. Since we have intricate distribution and logistics processes, we needed an ERP that was highly customizable and a partner who knew the system well enough to configure it perfectly.

Panni brought the expertise to leverage Sage X3's multi-site, multi-currency features to their fullest, improving our overall supply chain efficiency. They essentially provided a tailored, end-to-end solution that streamlined our critical processes like inventory management, order management, and overall logistics. What do you dislike about Panni?

If I had to mention a small thing, it’s that Panni is extremely efficient working 100% remotely, and while that keeps our costs down, I occasionally miss having a consultant on-site with us.

For big, complex discussions, sometimes it’s easier to grab a whiteboard and physically map out a new process flow. Their remote team is fantastic and highly responsive, but for a multi-entity company like ours, a bit more face-to-face time during crucial design phases would be a slight personal preference. Recommendations to others considering Panni:

My recommendation is to engage with Panni if your business has complex, multi-site, or multi-entity requirements and you are committed to using Sage X3.

They are clearly experts in the software and understand the nuances of managing a distribution supply chain with real-time data needs. Be prepared for the necessary time and resource commitment for the implementation phase, as any system migration and digital transformation of this scale requires active involvement from your internal team. What problems is Panni solving and how is that benefiting you?

The primary problem Panni solved was the complex financial and operational management across our multiple entities and countries. As a large, multi-entity distributor, we were previously hampered by disparate systems, making intercompany transactions, multi-currency reporting, and financial consolidation manual and prone to error.

Panni implemented and continues to enhance our Sage X3 platform, which is natively designed to handle these multi-site and multi-legislation operations within a single, unified database. We now have instant, accurate visibility into the performance of all entities, allowing management to make quicker, better-informed strategic decisions.

Panni doesn't just maintain the system; they help us evolve it. As our business model shifts or we acquire a new entity, Panni provides the custom solutions to integrate the new requirements (like specialized warehousing logic or new tax compliance rules) into the existing platform without disruption.
