They know their product and are able to resolve problems quickly and provide you with support that makes you feel confident that you can tackle any issue with the assistance of their team. What do you like best?

We have been associated with JMT Consulting for five years now. They have been one of the most consistent companies with regard to support and communication that I have been associated with in a long time. Thanks, JMT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We use other software for donation reporting and payroll. Unfortunately, neither of these integrate with Sage Intacct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

JMT's customer support provides quick support and handles administrative/implementation issues for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Using JMT support sometimes requires us to jump through extra hoops to solve issues. We are not able to contact Intacct directly to resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

We have saved great amounts of time by implementing Intacct and Nexonia. Our employees now submit expenses with greater detail in less time. The integration between these two systems has greatly improved the timeliness and accuracy of our reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
