"Excitement continues at INNOVATE 2017"

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

We have implemented Intacct and integrated with Nexonia and SalesForce. Future consideration is Adaptive Insights and integration with Namely (HRIS).

What do you like best?

The wide variety of sessions, covering both core application and integration solutions.

What do you dislike?

More opportunities for one-on-one sessions with JMT consultant to resolve ongoing and/or current issues that do not overlap with Innovate sessions.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

JMT is a very capable, dependable, and dedicated group of financial services professionals. I would highly recommend them to any organization in need of financial consulting services.

"JMT OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

JMT was instrumental in setting up and converting our accounting system from QBO to Intacct. JMT continues to provide timely customer service as we grow in the use of Intacct and Nexonia.

What do you like best?

I like JMT's quick response to questions and quick resolution to issues. All of their staff are very quick to respond to inquiries by our staff. Scheduling meeting time is also very efficient.

What do you dislike?

The only item I would prefer is to have a consultant in our city if we needed onsite assistance.

"JMT Intacct implementation and support services"

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

JMT implemented our Intacct Financial system. They provided the expertise for us to make all the right decisions during this process. Staff felt supported at all times which significantly reduced stress around the conversion. We converted from Quickbooks with a 3 year data migration.

What do you like best?

We have a solid relationship with JMT consultant staff. Very responsive. Our implementation went smoothly. One of our requirements was increased staff training -- and they delivered.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the time difference is tricky being on the west coast

"They really do care about not for profits."

It is so important, as a not for profit, to align and have a partner that understand mission-driven organizations. JMT is such a partner.

What do you like best?

They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

What do you dislike?

Unable to think of anything right now.

Absolutely consider them if you are a not for profit.

"Customer Service"

JMT Consulting has provided us good service. The staff has worked with us to implement our accounting software.

What do you like best?

JMT Consulting has helped us to find software that streamlines our approval processes and reduces paperwork. The implementation and integration has worked well for our organization

What do you dislike?

After signing up for SAAS through JMT Consulting we are not unable to contact Intacct support directly. We have to go through JMT's support staff to reach Intacct support.

This was my first time attending the Innovate conference and even though I've been using Intacct for over 5 years and still learned a lot.

What do you like best?

Their response time and follow up is great.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. They are very professional and helpful.

"Excellent customer service and attention to detail "

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

JMT implemented our Intacct system efficiently. They were able to spend individual time with each employee until everyone felt comfortable. Very professional and didn't leave until all questions were answered. Strongly recommend their service.

What do you like best?

Ease of creating customized financial reports.

What do you dislike?

No real issues with current Intacct system. We haven't joined our fixed asset system with Intacct yet.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Contract with JMT for implementation to relieve all of the stress from changing systems.

The great service from Joe, and that I can email him any time for help.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes takes awhile to get Intacct to respond to elevate issues.
