Pandos is a one-stop-shop collaborative learning and development platform for higher education and companies that support fundamental collaboration features with a new approach such as team formation, task management, and peer assessment. The platform automatically generates a profile for learners’ hard and soft skills, verified by peers. Using the profile that learners build, the system suggests a list of talents based on the employer's job requirements.

**What do you like best about Pandos?**

Pandos is a great tool that helps me work and share ideas with my team easily. It’s simple to use and makes teamwork smooth and fast.

**What do you dislike about Pandos?**

This tool is good, I haven't used other tool to compare, so I'm not sure about the negative point.

**What problems is Pandos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandos is very useful for working with my team and sharing ideas. It is easy to use and make teamwork quick and smooth. I can manage task, talk to my team, and stay organized easily. It’s good for anyone who want a simple way to work together.

**What do you like best about Pandos?**

Pandos made it really easy for me to communicate and collaborate with my group because of the messaging and sharing files options.

**What do you dislike about Pandos?**

Often times the email notifications for messages or due dates were delayed. So it was difficult to get back to a group member right away if they messaged.

**What problems is Pandos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pandos helped everyone with communication in a group setting. With all of the features at your finger tips, Pandos ensured that we were able to communicate and collaborate with our group to the best of our abilities.
