Very easy way for teams and management to see exactly what to expect in terms of commissions at the end of every month or quarter. The ability to seamlessly make changes to an AE's monthly target is extremely helpful, as is the ability to pay out in multiple currencies, as we're a very global team with frequently moving targets. Really changed the way we deal with commissions . As an SDR I can see every meeting booked and commissions are updated instantly. Because of the number of meetings there was sometimes a few mistakes with our previous method (spreadsheets) but now everything is clear and I trust the system.
