It's easy to roll out and my sales team likes the statement views... it's easy for teams to see what deals were paid each month and catch any issues with commission. What do you dislike about Palette? Commission tracking is inherently complicated... but the support team is great at helping users to solve their issues and get the right commission payments set up. Commission tracking the manual way is complicated... export a CSV from the CRM and check it against our subscription management software... it was tedious and error-prone.
