Looking for the next level commission management software? Your search can end here. Palette is, hands down, the most intuitive, flexible, and powerful solution out there. "Our commission model is too complex to be automated" is a sentence no one should ever pronounce again. I was skeptical that it would ever work for us, but nothing is impossible for Palette. While flexibility usually comes at the cost of complexity, Palette is a super powerful tool that requires little training or technical skills to master. We were up and running within a couple of weeks, thanks to their rockstar team helping me along the way. On a final note, Palette is, at the time of this writing, a relatively small team that has brought to life a world-class product. Any software has room for improvments and Palette is no exception. But the foundation (computation, accurracy, easy of use) is there and is rock solid which is truly what the matter to most to any team managing commission plans. Our business Operations team has saved countless work hours every month and has kissed Excel spreadsheets goodbye for good. I love the fact that I no longer have to be a commissions secretary for my sales team! Everything is right there for them. All calculations are now transparent and easy to understand in Palette. Honestly, I have only positive things to say. A nice-to-have addition would be: more gamification options in order to increase the motivation of my sales reps. Palette's Hubpsot integration is fantastic. Very quick refresh cycles and that makes calculating commissions, fixing data in Hubpsot, and re-calculating commissions easy. Previously, we were calculating commissions manually. We have saved lots of time, and provided the AEs and sales managers a great deal of visibility into the process of how they get paid.
