Something I would point out as a strength of this software is the simplicity of the program and the friendly and easy to follow interface. Well, I believe that it is rather simple to me to work as a worker in this system, as it provides me with the easy control over all its options and allows me to address my customers. In the same vein, what I would consider as worst is that at times the connection may slow down making it almost impossible to engage in live chats. Despite all these drawbacks, the advantages of Outside Voice are numerous and outweigh and definitely do not compare with the shortcomings of this application.
