What do you dislike about Outside Voice?

In the same vein, what I would consider as worst is that at times the connection may slow down making it almost impossible to engage in live chats. Despite all these drawbacks, the advantages of Outside Voice are numerous and outweigh and definitely do not compare with the shortcomings of this application. What problems is Outside Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Another aspect that I highly appreciate in this software is the problem solving services that it offers and the speedy manner in which such services are delivered. For instance, some little problems such as delayed product delivery or billing complications have cropped up severally., and because of Outside Voice, I was able to solve them since communication was made easy.
