Signed up for a lifetime deal early on as an early adopter. Recently their staff decided that they would no longer honor this lifetime deal because "they are running a business" and then promised to refund all past payments, which they did not do and are ghosting any communications.

This is the behavior of scrooges.

Extremely disappointed. Particularly when we endured all of their technical glitches in the early days as early adopters, only to have them renege on their promise.

Any company that behaves like this is walking a very fine line and the effects are sure to compound for them.

Nothing is good at Outreachbin. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a year. They keep charging me. Their website has not been updated since 2021 if you look at the footer. They are a scam. I can't even log in as the website is down to cancel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So i had used this for over a year. However, most of the time, I saw very poor email results. Now we clean our lists and make sure to avoid spam as I know this isn't down to the email tool.

However, i referred multiple people to outreachbin and they had experienced the same issue. High open rates but no actual responses. I then did a test for myself and it was showing 100% open rates so the tracking was not working.

I reached out to support regarding this issue and they mentioned that it was ultimately down to being logged into the mails (which we weren't). I re-tested this again and the same results.

Support did their own testing then recommended removing the domain tracking. after about 4 weeks of looking into this (Having clarity over your numbers is a big reason to use software right?).

This was happened in and around the time of my second-year renewal. I initially reached out to about getting a refund 5 days afterward and explained the issues I was facing and also the other user that i had referred.

Unfortunately, staff informed me that I was no longer able to get a refund which is unfortunate. I understand T's & C's but i had expressed this concern almost as soon as i noticed the re-bill I then asked again about the refund.

Overall after using outreach in for a year and almost a month, I have had to change my review in the beginning the software seemed fantastic however after my experience I feel the need to change this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was fortunate to have joined Outreachbin when they were just getting started, and have seen this awesome software evolve. It was a bit buggy at the start, but that was fine and expected, the team was extremely supportive/friendly and resolved their bugs in no time.

From theron it has been smooth sailing, and they keep building new features that make keep making my processes easier and easier. Honestly I am so excited to see where Outreachbin goes, because we're along for the journey! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The end results. I was using Lemlist prior, and as soon as I changed over to Outreachbin, it was a flood of positive results Kinda shocking actually. The simplicity and ease of use of OutreachBin is great. Just connect your gmail, kick off your email warm up, start a sequence, and you are good to go.

There's pretty much no learning curve. The user interface is very simple, everything is easy to find, instructions are very clear. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to email warm up and cold email outreach, but Outreachbin made it all very easy for me to get started. Also, their support is incredible. Outreachbin's customer service is a first-time experience for me. Since I'm not techy, I had doubts if I can use this tool. Abdul helped me out. We had looong email conversations on how to do this. And - he even sent videos so I can follow the process.

Plus, Outreachbin has easy-to-use templates specifically designed for cold emailing. I was also able to design my email and personalize it too.
