OTORide provides a solid, full-stack micromobility platform that has scaled with us as we've grown to over hundreds of thousands users and millions of rides across the Caribbean. Their vehicle management, fleet tracking, and rider-facing app infrastructure have been dependable at scale. The team is responsive and willing to collaborate on custom needs — they understand that operating in markets like ours comes with unique challenges that off-the-shelf solutions don't always address. The platform handles the core operational backbone well: vehicle telemetry, ride management, pricing configuration, and fleet monitoring, which lets our team focus on growth and operations rather than rebuilding fundamentals from scratch.
