If there's one thing that could be improved it would be to offer even greater customization based on corporate requirements and not just laws, This won't affect 95% of folks but for those that have special use case needs might cause issues. It is very easy to setup and anytime I have opened a support ticket because of something weird on our site they have figured out how to get the code that was a problem. Osano's vendor risk management solution feels incomplete. While it provides a solid foundation, it lacks certain advanced features and customization options that would enhance its effectiveness. How easy it is to implement and use on the back end. I like how great the support team has been and how quick the responses have been from them. While we are still in the testing phase I love the service so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First, the onboarding is great. Personalized calls guide you through the initial setup, teaching you the tool. Second, the tool identifies all kinds of cookies, scripts, etc, and auto-classifies many to make your life as an administrator a bit easier. Don't go into it expecting magic. While the tool helps identify a lot of the cookies, scripts, etc, it'll find plenty it will not classify and you're going to be left with some legwork.
