"Positive and innovative experience in Privacy Management - Dock"
What do you like best about Securiti?

Securiti provided operational support for our Privacy Governance Program in practically all processes. I highlight its use for managing RoPA and Privacy Reports, Vendors Assessments and Data Subject Requests. In the Discovery module, we could map all the data that we have in our most important applications, which gives us a visualization of Dock's landscape.

The Customer Support are always ready to undestand and help our needs. The implementation of the product Securiti in our company was smooth and easy to integrate.

We use it everyday in our work routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

I believe there is much more room for cutomization, including reports, submissions and pages. The more customizable it is, the more it will adapt to the company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Data Classification with Additional Future Potential"
What do you like best about Securiti?

I like having the ability to view a wide variety of information about my company’s data in one view through the data command graph in Securiti. This feature allows me to easily investigate and pivot on various data aspects, including users, data systems, policies, regions, or data elements, as identified in discovery scans. The initial setup of Securiti was also very easy, thanks to our robust infrastructure and collaboration with the skilled Sales Engineer, Gene Moore, at Securiti. I rate Securiti a 10 out of 10 because it’s a fantastic tool with potential for even greater capability advancements in the future. Additionally, my positive experience with Securiti representatives, including Sam Shirey, Andre Ramon, and Gene Moore, who are incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable about the product, significantly enhances my satisfaction. What do you dislike about Securiti?

I think that the things that don't work well could be the potential lack of maturity on the data remediation side. I think that the platform does a good job on the initial discovery and classification stages, but if the platform added more functionality to what it could do with the newly classified data to clean up/remediate it, the platform would be well on its way to being one of the best holistic data governance and security platforms. "Better than the most"
What do you like best about Securiti?

Throughout my career I've worked with different data privacy and protection planforms. Securiti is by one of the most customisable platforms. I've been using it every single day as part of my job and although it takes time to get used to, once you do it's easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

Although there are notifications on the platform when new features are deployed, it's easy to miss them, especially if the first 3 notifications are about modules that we do not have like consent or data subject rights. We do receive an email informing of the new deployment, but it's easy to miss due to the same reason, some deployments don't apply to us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent tool for data visibility, though it could use some improvements in backend administration."
What do you like best about Securiti?

Provides excellent intelligence view of points of data vulnerability. Interface is intuitive and quick to understand. Great reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

Limited ability to export configuration information usually results in having to utilize screenshots to communicate to others. The interface, while excellent in some areas leaves something to be desired in functions such as onboarding systems. It's very "click-heavy" without an easy to add things in groups or by checklist, etc. Support can occasionally be slowed down by the time zones of the developers. "Robust Integrations with Room for Mapping Automation"
What do you like best about Securiti?

I appreciate Securiti for its extensive range of integrations which seamlessly fit into our diverse technology stack. Once configured, it automatically scans numerous technologies, significantly streamlining management for our teams. The availability of these integrations enables us to effectively scan for PII across most of our technology stack, allowing us to focus on prioritizing protection and establishing data retention rules. Furthermore, the initial setup was notably straightforward thanks to the out-of-the-box integrations, which highlights Securiti’s user-friendly design and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

One area where Securiti can be improved is the automation of data mapping, reducing the need for manual work. Specifically, the process of linking processes to assets and vendors could be automated more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Data Intelligence with Stellar Integration"
What do you like best about Securiti?

What I like best about Securiti is its truly unified approach — bringing privacy, security, and governance together into a single, intelligent ecosystem. This integration was a revelation compared to the fragmented tools I’d used before. The platform’s data intelligence capabilities are exceptional. Its AI-driven discovery and classification provide a real-time, accurate view of where sensitive data resides, what risks exist, and how compliant the organization is across environments. I also value how easily Securiti integrates with enterprise tools and cloud platforms, enabling seamless connectivity with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, ServiceNow, and more. The guided onboarding process was smoother than expected, and its modular architecture allows us to scale gradually — adding new capabilities as our privacy and security maturity evolve. On top of the technology, Securiti’s vendor risk management and automated workflows have made our operations far more efficient. And the support team deserves special mention — their proactive, collaborative approach has strengthened my confidence and trust in the platform. In short, Securiti stands out for its depth of automation, breadth of integration, and quality of partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

If I had to point out an area for improvement, I’d say dashboard customization and advanced analytics. I’d love to see more flexibility to tailor dashboards for different stakeholders — for example, executives, compliance officers, or data stewards — each with their own metrics and priorities. Additionally, while Securiti performs impressively even in large and complex environments, there’s still room for performance optimization during massive data discovery operations across multi-cloud ecosystems. Introducing smart scheduling or adaptive scanning options could make these processes even more efficient at enterprise scale. That said, these are more refinements than limitations. They don’t take away from the platform’s overall value, but rather point to areas where Securiti could evolve even further as it continues to lead in data intelligence and automation. "Securiti AI"
What do you like best about Securiti?

Extensive capabilities to discover and classify data across multiple enterprise repositories

Highly customizable content inspection rules with keyword and regex based detections

Can inspect the vast majority of file types, from images to plaintext

Decent built-in workflow automation tool with a good enough API that supports actions via scripts.

Simple integrations across data systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

For Sensitive Data Intelligence module (Data Discovery and Classification):

Does not provide the user with an efficient way to validate results after a scan

Keyword/regex matches must be verified one file at a time in the web UI and cannot be exported in bulk

AI capabilities are limited

No “AI learning” feature where the engine can learn on its own or based on user feedback after a scan

The AI / ML model Securiti offers can only be trained on heavily structured data

Files are clustered together based on how likely they are to be exact duplicates, not on content similarity

Data classification features are limited in the following ways:

Cannot add a tag within a files properties without also applying an MIP label (reduces flexibility)

Highly dependent on “Content Profiles”, which are defined by the user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leading Privacy Tool with Outstanding Automation and Support"
What do you like best about Securiti?

In my opinion, Securiti is the leading Privacy and Compliance tool on the market. It offers robust automation for essential privacy tasks such as data scanning, DSAR fulfillment, and privacy assessments. Additionally, the customer service experience is highly professional and responsive, and the account managers are exceptionally helpful and prompt in providing support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

I believe Securiti is extremely robust when it comes to security and access controls. However, there are a few areas where improvements could make it more user-friendly. Overall, it remains an excellent tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration and Outstanding Support from Securiti"
What do you like best about Securiti?

Securiti's platform allows users to easily integrate into their current infrastructure and provides an intuitive UI that makes sense. Additionally, their support is some of the best I've ever seen from a company this size. The people get to know you and your business and constantly find ways to help improve the user experience. This has made implementation of the platform much more successful. Most importantly, our reps, Sam Shirey, Andre Ramon, and Gene Moore are incredibly knowledgeable, quick with responses and have built personal relationships that have created trust. Can't say enough about this team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

It's imperative that businesses have built out the basics of governance around data and processes in order to implement the platform. Even then, Securiti is awesome about helping guide you through what's needed based on your goals for data and cyber security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Securiti: Complete and Reliable Solution for Privacy, Data Governance, and Security Posture"
What do you like best about Securiti?

I like how Securiti covers various functionalities, not only in the privacy aspect but also in the security and information usage posture. The trust in the results and the effective support, both from partners and the Securiti team, impress me. The robust implementations and efficient integrations with other tools, such as Jira and Microsoft, are fundamental. The frequent evolution of the tool shows a commitment to continuous improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Securiti?

Currently, I would say that perhaps the Supplier Evaluation module could be improved in Securiti. I feel that it could provide more reports and a better way to manage the various questionnaires we conduct with suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
