**What do you like best about Orquest?**

Number of features.
Missing a consolidated dashboard.

**What problems is Orquest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. The Operations Team now has full visibility into the programs generated by each restaurant, along with a clearer understanding of the training levels of  
    restaurant employees.
2. Thanks to VLH positioning guides based on products sold per hour, we now have a more accurate view of hourly area coverage.
3. Scheduling time has been reduced by 70%–80%, from 8–12 hours previously with ESP to just 2–3 hours using Orquest.
4  Planning is now fully aligned with Romanian HR regulations and restrictions.

**What do you like best about Orquest?**

User-Friendly environment & mobile application

**What do you dislike about Orquest?**

We didn't find a perfect solution for the shift balance, so some employees ended up with all the night shifts while others got all the morning shifts. This led to a lot of manual adjustments.

**What problems is Orquest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save times but could save more if we solve the problem with the shift balance

**What do you like best about Orquest?**

Its the system that makes the work simple and easy. Save time and specifically very useful in the restaurant.

**What do you dislike about Orquest?**

I can say that generating reports have to be more personalize base on market needs.

**What problems is Orquest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It identifies the coverage of people base on the hourly needs of the restaurants.
