**What do you like best about OrgOS?**

OrgOs has changed the HRM game by streamlining HR Process, From Onboarding to Performance management to Exit, OrgOS seems to have everything figured out. Our implementation process was also wonderful with helpful customer support options.

**What do you dislike about OrgOS?**

The first experience with OrgOS will always be overwhelming, They need to work on easing the user into all their features rather than throwing everythoing on screen from minute 1.

**What problems is OrgOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making decisions driven by data has been something that has troubled my firm and OrgOs works to change exactly that. The reports have worked flawlessly from Day 1 and continues to help us drive growth. Mostly all process within our HR now uses OrgOs for reports and statuses.
