My project managers love it. Very easy to use. Drag and drop interface. **What do you dislike about OrgChartPlus?** If you're not familiar it's a little difficult but the tutorial they provide is the solution to that, so definitely do the tutorial. **Recommendations to others considering OrgChartPlus:** Be sure to train the sales team on this so they can get maximum use out of it. **What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for helping people get caught up on the account. ### 2. It feels very early 2000's in design versus 2020. **What problems is OrgChartPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding how our enterprise prospects and clients are organized internally so that we can know our blindspots. **Official Response from Elliot Gilder:** > Hi, thank you for the review.
