**What do you like best about OrgaNice App?**

I like the balance of feature-richness and price. I worked for bigger companies that indeed needed complex HR software and were ready to pay thousands for it. However, right now I'm running a small stealth company with about 10 people, and Organice is exactly what we need: all the essential features for a fraction of the price. It's also much easier to use because it's small and simple.

**What do you dislike about OrgaNice App?**

The product is relatively new and still rough around the edges. However, the team behind it is very responsive and fixed all my complaints within days.

**What problems is OrgaNice App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a team of ten, and we need basic HR things covered. We use Slack as our main communication hub and OrgaNice plays well with it.

**What do you like best about OrgaNice App?**

Our vacation approval process was quite cumbersome with emails often going unanswered. OrgaNice made it easy be alerting us through Slack, our main way of communicating. We have also found the OrgaNice Team to be very responsive to feedback for new features, and supporting with questions.
Definitely a must-have for any organisation.

**What do you dislike about OrgaNice App?**

We haven't found any disadvantages yet. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

**What problems is OrgaNice App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving vacation administration by making it easy to request and approve.
