**What do you like best about OrderTrax?**

Its easy accessable, to know the order we have received from customer in order to provide an easiest way to add services and modifications on an effective way

**What do you dislike about OrderTrax?**

Sometime it fails to load with Exact contact details we provide other than order ID

**What problems is OrderTrax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its removing the burden in order to Sync with the Purchased order from us and easy to use with the search of Order ID and also giving us the overview of all the queue details as well the area attentions parts.
