**What problems is Ordera POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ordera POS solves the main daily problems in restaurant operations: slow order handling, miscommunication between waiters and kitchen staff, delayed service, and difficulty tracking sales, tables, inventory, and staff activity.

Before using Ordera POS, orders could be missed, delayed, or written incorrectly, especially during busy hours. Now, every order is recorded in the system and sent directly to the kitchen screen, making the process faster, clearer, and more organized.

It benefits me by helping the restaurant serve customers faster, reduce mistakes, manage tables better, track payments and reports, monitor inventory, and review archived sales data. It also saves cost because the system is already ready to use without needing expensive monthly subscriptions or complicated setup. Overall, it improves customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and management control.
