It connects to different payment methods across Africa, offering a unified access point for our checkout. The integration process is smooth and covers many geographies that are otherwise difficult to access. I appreciate that they update their integrations very quickly, always using the most recent versions of APIs necessary for our platform. The features related to payment for consumers, like refunds and multiple partial refunds, are especially valuable, enabling our e-commerce across Africa. The initial setup was much easier compared to alternatives, which was a huge advantage. **What do you dislike about Orchestrapay?** Nothing in particular. **What problems is Orchestrapay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find Orchestrapay solves my integration challenges with diverse payment providers, offering a unified checkout access point. It's fast, affordable, and simplifies my connections with difficult-to-reach geographies, enhancing my ecommerce operations. ### 2. We used to have 6 people full time in our payment engineering team, since migrating to orchestrapay we've been able to re-assign them to problems that are more core to our business than payments. **What do you dislike about Orchestrapay?** Nothing! It's a service that's easy to use, just works, and very well fits our needs. **What problems is Orchestrapay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orchestrapay solved our scalability and reliability challenges by allowing us to manage 15 global payment gateways with no downtime. Our acceptance rates increased across regions thanks to smart routing and simpler gateway management. We could also free up tech resources to our core business. ### 4. With Orchestrapay we managed to add 2-3 new gateways in each of our main countries with 0 down time and no engineering efforts on our end.
