**What do you like best about Orchestrapay?**

OrchestraPay has been incredibly reliable — 100% uptime and 99% accurate settlement automation. It’s streamlined our operations and saved us hours. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Orchestrapay?**

We’d love to see OrchestraPay expand its geographic coverage and add more local payment methods to better support cross-border operations and local preferences.

**What problems is Orchestrapay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrchestraPay simplifies payments by offering multiple payment methods through one integration, and a fully automated reconciliation dashboard that removes the need for manual tracking.

**What do you like best about Orchestrapay?**

High acceptance rate is key for us as we have customers across many countries overall processing > €100m annually, we went from struggling to run 4 gateways concurrently to running 15 globally and adding/removing processing partners with no down time. We used to have 6 people full time in our payment engineering team, since migrating to orchestrapay we've been able to re-assign them to problems that are more core to our business than payments.

**What do you dislike about Orchestrapay?**

Nothing! It's a service that's easy to use, just works, and very well fits our needs.

**What problems is Orchestrapay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orchestrapay solved our scalability and reliability challenges by allowing us to manage 15 global payment gateways with no downtime. Our acceptance rates increased across regions thanks to smart routing and simpler gateway management. We could also free up tech resources to our core business.

**What do you like best about Orchestrapay?**

The speed at which we can scale out - we started our payment journey with a single gateway but as we reached $10m in ARR we wanted to reduce our processing fee and increase our acceptance rage. With Orchestrapay we managed to add 2-3 new gateways in each of our main countries with 0 down time and no engineering efforts on our end. Knowing that we own our payment data so we don't rely on a single gateway is also a huge plus for us as we run subscriptions

It is seamless and no complaints at all.

It is helping payment gateways.
