# Which Brightpearl Consulting partners drive adoption across non-technical user bases?

Hey all G2’ers! I've been gathering input on which Brightpearl Consulting partners are good with non-technical teams. This is another angle the current review base does not cover in depth, so consider this a starting list rather than a ranked answer.

Americaneagle.com: Its broader portfolio includes user-friendly, easy-to-manage sites built for non-technical client teams, which suggests some familiarity with training end users. Not confirmed for Brightpearl rollouts specifically.

121eCommerce: No specific adoption or training feedback yet in its review base, so this would need to be a direct question in vendor conversations.

And which partner helped make that happen?

Honest heads-up: the Brightpearl consulting category on G2 is thin, most listed partners have barely any reviews, so there isn't much of a review trail to rank them by. The one partner with a real review base is Americaneagle.com, which is a broader digital and commerce agency, so it's the most vetted name here. Beyond that, driving adoption across non-technical users is really about the partner's approach to training and change management rather than any G2 score, so I'd weight that directly. I'd ask each candidate how they onboard non-technical staff, what training and documentation they provide, and for a reference from a client with a similar user base, and I'd cross-check against Brightpearl's own certified-partner network. Is your team's hesitation about the software's complexity, or more about change resistance? That shapes who fits.
