I love that Orchestrapay is very fast and very affordable, simplifying integrations with so many payment providers. It connects to different payment methods across Africa, offering a unified access point for our checkout. The integration process is smooth and covers many geographies that are otherwise difficult to access. I appreciate that they update their integrations very quickly, always using the most recent versions of APIs necessary for our platform. The features related to payment for consumers, like refunds and multiple partial refunds, are especially valuable, enabling our e-commerce across Africa. The initial setup was much easier compared to alternatives, which was a huge advantage.

High acceptance rate is key for us as we have customers across many countries overall processing > €100m annually, we went from struggling to run 4 gateways concurrently to running 15 globally and adding/removing processing partners with no down time. We used to have 6 people full time in our payment engineering team, since migrating to orchestrapay we've been able to re-assign them to problems that are more core to our business than payments.

The speed at which we can scale out - we started our payment journey with a single gateway but as we reached $10m in ARR we wanted to reduce our processing fee and increase our acceptance rage. With Orchestrapay we managed to add 2-3 new gateways in each of our main countries with 0 down time and no engineering efforts on our end. Knowing that we own our payment data so we don't rely on a single gateway is also a huge plus for us as we run subscriptions
