UNREASONABLE FEES WAS GLAD TO GET RID OF THEM. After hours on the phone, every call it was to a point where I did not see why you would use them. They are not customer friendly. It is a French company that clearly is not used to our systems here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They do not follow the contract, they use 3rd party to do back charges then that company has horrid customer service that does not have your correct contact information so you get screwed because you cannot fight the back charge due to finding out after the fact. I been with Paya/Sage since 2001! I was PCI certified EVERY year.

Few years back they been purchased by NUVEI and since than, no statements anymore.

2 month ago I downloaded statement and found they charges me EVERY month not 35.00 as they say but 45.00 for NONE PCI! I requested a refund and been told first NO. Than fighting for weeks they "agreed" to pay only 18 month back! Meaning they admitted of stealing but don't want to refund all money!! I was also a reseller for them and 3 of the clients I sent them had SAME EXEC story! Of course I closed my account and than they charged me 50.00 EARLY termination - after 24 years!!
