The team at Nuvei is phenomenal and incredibly responsive to our needs and those of our clients, having worked with them for many years. Their support is great for both our clients and our team. I also appreciate that the initial setup of Nuvei is straightforward, as the team walks our clients through the process directly. **What do you dislike about Nuvei?** Frontline support could respond a bit faster when it's a high profile or urgent issues, but once escalated, the team is incredibly helpful. **What problems is Nuvei solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nuvei provides seamless integration with Sage 100, allowing clients to manage payments efficiently. ### 2. BAD customer support!! **What do you dislike about Nuvei?** I been with Paya/Sage since 2001! I was PCI certified EVERY year. Few years back they been purchased by NUVEI and since than, no statements anymore. 2 month ago I downloaded statement and found they charges me EVERY month not 35.00 as they say but 45.00 for NONE PCI! I requested a refund and been told first NO. Than fighting for weeks they "agreed" to pay only 18 month back! Meaning they admitted of stealing but don't want to refund all money!! I was also a reseller for them and 3 of the clients I sent them had SAME EXEC story! Of course I closed my account and than they charged me 50.00 EARLY termination - after 24 years!! Once I understood my billing and what it all entalled, I was able to get it set up as I wanted. **What problems is Nuvei solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having multiple ways to process payments for our website. It is rare that we have an instance where a transaction doesn't go through. Pivotal is compatible with multiple platforms for mobile payment. **What do you dislike about Nuvei?** Integration with Pivotal is difficult and for some POS software, not possible.
