**What do you like best about Orcaso?**

Orcaso is a great project management tool that gives the user the ability to keep track of and quickly manage all projects they are working on. It allows for good time management goals and alerts you when tasks need to be submitted to ensure you get all of your tasks done in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about Orcaso?**

I dislike that the project management tool is not very user friendly or intuitive. The tool requires a bit of training to use. I had to spend a couple of hours messing around with the tool to really get a feel for how to organize all of my projects.

**Recommendations to others considering Orcaso:**

Look into YouTube videos to help train yourself and staff on the functionality of the Software

**What problems is Orcaso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool helps to organize all of my projects together, relieving the stress of not knowing what task needs to be done next for a specific project. It allows for good time management goals and alerts you when tasks need to be submitted to ensure you get all of your tasks done in a timely fashion.

I like that a lot of time and effort has been put into making this project management tool as interesting as possible, hence, the gamification functions (leaderboards, scores, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Orcaso?**

It's kinda pricey and with rare updates.

To check all its features, it has some pretty cool and unique ones.

Basic task and project management.

take long on phone line have to wait long queue
