It is difficult to add any new fields as seeing updates to OrbisGIS can take time. Also we had issues with the data upload to Orbis that caused some major issues to our information. We also had duplications of accounts in the database. **Recommendations to others considering OrbisGIS:** I would ensure that any fields you require for the database are either already part of the database or can be customized. In addition, it is best to ensure that any information you are uploading to Orbis is correctly uploaded each night, as we had issues with this situation. The updates to Orbis is slow and it can take some time to see improvements to the database. **What problems is OrbisGIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to use system to house student data in one place.
