**What do you like best about Oracle Process Cloud?**

I found it extremely easy to use. Its very straight forward, The program interface is easy to understand. Able to accomplish needed tasks easily. No need to contact IT. Able to make changes easily.


**What do you dislike about Oracle Process Cloud?**

I find some of the platforms need to be updated as they are dated. Does not affect the actual use of the software, however could be updated to the times to be more comparable to other platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle Process Cloud:**

The ease of use is key to this product. I would say it needs updating and some of the interfaces are dated, Would highly recommend.

**What problems is Oracle Process Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to streamline our service. Able to provide proper customer services, and makes changes with ease. Service efficiency for customers will dramatically increase.

**What do you like best about Oracle Process Cloud?**

The software seems to be glitchy at times. It's hard to navigate too. Or I made need to do some more training to figure out some of the aspects of the software that cause me confusion. Overall it's ok. Does the job. 

**What do you dislike about Oracle Process Cloud?**

Navigating it is difficult for me. I just need to get myself more acclimated to it. 

**What problems is Oracle Process Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving time management and keeping customers on track and happy.
