**What do you like best about OpusTime?**

I love the options and features offered by this program. I have been using it for almost two years in my clinic and I like the fact that everything can be customized. My patients love the online appointment booking.

**What do you dislike about OpusTime?**

There are MANY bugs and gaps, and in my opinion, it's getting worse and worse. Their customer service is definitely not optimal, and I would be ready to say "bad." The bugs take several days, even weeks, even months to be fixed. There is no support program offered to us. The owner knows little about web constraints and best practices.

**What problems is OpusTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like online record keeping versus paper, and the online appointment system saves me a lot of time.
