&lt;p&gt;Shared presets and libraries help, but I think the harder consistency problem is controlling what happens after someone modifies them. I’d test whether approved styles, colour settings, and templates can be governed without stopping designers from experimenting. Otherwise the team can start standardized and gradually drift into several slightly different versions of the same brand.&lt;/p&gt;
