
The providers are great. I do like that they have been willing to help me and have been consistent in the quality of their care. They actually take time to look into how I'm doing and help with health management. They care at the in person facilities and it makes me feel really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their call in customer care portal is lacking. I don't like that you have to call back a few times to get the "right" customer care person to help you. I also don't enjoy that some customer service providers have attitude right out the gate. That was so rude! I wasn't yelling or being condescending. I was asking for help and got hung up on like I didn't matter. Y'all need to get them some sensitivity training or something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
