**What do you like best about OptiSuite 10?**

The product is excellent and meets the requirement of updated compliance. The best part is that it gets updated quickly whenever changes are made in the Govt. portal, and it also seems ready for future changes. Overall, it’s user-friendly and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about OptiSuite 10?**

Not come across yet to dislike anything about

**What problems is OptiSuite 10 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps in optimizing input tax credit through faster reconciliation.

GSTR1 is okay, but their IMS solution is truly pathetic.

Their configuration is too loosely maintained

GSTR1 is okay overall, but their IMS solution feels badly designed and not very user-friendly.
