**What do you like best about OpsRamp Service-Centric AIOps?**

We have enabled end-to-end infrastructure observability using opsramp platform,  it comes with AIOPS based correlation,  prediction feature to optimize alerts and take proactive action to increase application availability.

**What do you dislike about OpsRamp Service-Centric AIOps?**

Currently it support only for infrastructure monitoring.
Opsramp currently integrate with APM tool fetch alerts data not the performance data.
One need experience in dashboard development.

**What problems is OpsRamp Service-Centric AIOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help us enabling infrastructure services monitoring,  generating alerts for key metrics and integrate with service-now for ticketing. Also help us in event optimization by enabling ML based correlation and prediction.
