They specialise in helping businesses resolve business challenges with simple but highly effective tech and process alignment. Too often businesses get overly complex with the use of technology with is a difficult treadmill to get off. Opinsta consultants steer you away from this situation and give you the right advice on how to exploit modern technology. **What do you dislike about Opinsta?** Opinsta are not a large supplier, so you don’t get that safety blanket. However, small suppliers are agile and more focused on customer service, in my experience. **Recommendations to others considering Opinsta:** . **What problems is Opinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you want to have the data to find out what is really happening in your business, I would highly recommend Opinsta. They have a progressional outlook but with a personable touch, which many competitors lack. Keep up the good work! **What do you dislike about Opinsta?** Not a dislike of the company but I would love to see Opinsta products in other sectors. There could also be further implementation of true AI. **What problems is Opinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** From my Unipart days -- the development of a proof of principle of a seat reservation system with Virgin Train as part of the FOAK competition. ### 3. Lack of references for implementing functionality with a safety integrity level. **What problems is Opinsta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provision of a portable device that platform staff can use to dispatch trains.
