**What do you like best about Operational Risk Register?**

The Operational Risk Register allowed me to address the unscheduled Operational Risks in the Service Now.  The features that are inherent in the platform enable me to meet the proactive and reactive risk management needs.

**What do you dislike about Operational Risk Register?**

Operational Risk Register doesn’t fit well with other ServiceNow applications including incident or change management.  This leads to the development of huge information voids and limited risk perception.

**What problems is Operational Risk Register solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Operational Risk Register solves a major problem in ServiceNow where it is impossible to record and manage unscheduled operational risks.  This enables a more forward looking approach to risk assessment and management.
