**What do you like best about OpenText Content Manager?**

Cost Effectiveness, along with zero non-compliance and zero downtime achieved as part of Data management. The security feature is commendable.Centralized management with adequate performance for managing the data in bulk.

**What do you dislike about OpenText Content Manager?**

Didn't find anything so far, as the interface was quite helpful with the insights of the tool . With the quick training on the end to end functionality we are able to manage the data.

**What do you like best about OpenText Content Manager?**

It is easy to create files and keep them organized.  It is easy to search records as well.

**What do you dislike about OpenText Content Manager?**

I don't like how complicated it is to change the level of the folders.

**What problems is OpenText Content Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep track of all our records and archives from the past 40 years of our organization. Other employees can enter the data for their files before giving them to us to update and manage.
