The Outlook plugin can be buggy at times. The autogenerated signature sometimes does not populate, so the signature will be missed on the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Opensense has been a fantastic tool for Levitate because it allows us to keep our email signatures dynamic, professional, and impactful. We love being able to use graphic and video banners to highlight new product features, awards, hiring campaigns, and more, all directly in our team’s email signatures. The ability to assign different banners to different groups is especially valuable; for example, our sales team’s banners are tailored to external audiences while internal teams have different priorities. The platform itself is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to keep our signatures fresh and relevant. On top of that, their customer support has been outstanding. Our contact, Sylvia, is always responsive, willing to hop on a call, and has taken the time to walk us through updates so we can make the most of the platform. There’s not much to dislike. The older interface was a little less user friendly, but once Opensense rolled out their updated UI, it became simple and smooth to use. Sylvia ensured our account was properly updated and even set up a call to walk us through the changes. The new design is clean, intuitive, and works seamlessly for our needs. OpenSense has recently updated its UI in 2025, and it is truly fantastic. The new interface is simple to understand and walks you through the processes. The system for organizing users and targeting groups is an intuitive tagging process, which I appreciate. The tracking dashboard is easily read and digestible. On top of the product itself, we've had nothing but over-the-top assistance from our success manager, Sylvia. I cannot express how patient she was with my onboarding and coordinating with multiple team members from our organization. Whenever I am creating a new campaign (which can be done in just a few clicks), I know I have the best support and tracking system in the business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not found any roadblocks in my use of OpenSense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a complex deployment across multiple teams and organizations, the Opensense team provided clear guidance and helpful support throughout the process. The implementation was relatively easy and we were surprised at how few issues arose among our employee base. For the most part, they understood how to use the application and tailor their signature blocks with personal contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to dislike. There were some complexities and questions early on -- but we were able to manage through these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to dislike about the product. My experience has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use. The fact that users can see the signature in body email. The signature program we were using was server side so users did not see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Opensense Email Signatures is how easy it is to manage consistent, professional signatures across the entire organization from one place. It saves a ton of time compared to updating signatures individually. Overall, it’s reliable, user-friendly, and makes email branding effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that there’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, and some settings aren’t immediately intuitive. However, once you’re familiar with the platform, it’s easy to use and works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
