We are newly launched, so haven't experienced any issues yet. Due to some of our self-imposed IT restrictions, we do have to do some minimal manual intervention vs a fully-automated integration, but those are still able to be handled quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can centrally manage email signatures across the organization, which gives us consistent, branded signatures at scale. There isn't much, but but I'd say the thing I dislike is that users occasionally have a hard time adjusting to not seeing their signature while composing an email (which is the way we've chosen to have it set up). But once they get it, they love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been mainly using Opensense for the signature marketing banners. The flexibility and agility of the program allows for easy prioritization of campaigns and goals. I am in the platform almost daily and rarely run into any issues; and on the rare times that I have, their customer service is fast, responsive, and helpful. Branded emails with a consistent look across the agency. "Stamped" email signatures so individuals can't tamper with agency approved look. Opensense has been a fantastic tool for Levitate because it allows us to keep our email signatures dynamic, professional, and impactful. We love being able to use graphic and video banners to highlight new product features, awards, hiring campaigns, and more, all directly in our team’s email signatures. The ability to assign different banners to different groups is especially valuable; for example, our sales team’s banners are tailored to external audiences while internal teams have different priorities. The platform itself is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to keep our signatures fresh and relevant. On top of that, their customer support has been outstanding. Our contact, Sylvia, is always responsive, willing to hop on a call, and has taken the time to walk us through updates so we can make the most of the platform. There’s not much to dislike. The older interface was a little less user friendly, but once Opensense rolled out their updated UI, it became simple and smooth to use.
