"Helpful Porting Team and Reliable Two-Way Texting on Quo"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I moved my business phone number to Quo in early October and the porting team was genuinely helpful. When my first port request was rejected over an incorrect transfer PIN, support flagged the issue clearly and got the retry submitted the same day I sent corrected credentials. The port completed overnight, and they also helped me clean up the old number afterward. My SMS application and business caller ID were approved within days, and two-way texting has worked reliably since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The port took a couple of tries because of the transfer PIN issue - getting the credentials right the first time would have saved a round trip. A minor hiccup, not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Clear Guidance, and Unbeatable Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

What's most helpful about QO is that it's easy to use. You don't have to have really any experience to jump in. The instructions and path forward are usually made pretty clear, from everything from registry to text messages to Sona and having her receive calls. The price and the features can't be beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I wish the credits for Sona had been a little bit more clearly described, especially when I had sold it to a customer as I started, but really, that's just finding something to mention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Makes Work-Life Balance Easy with Flexible Call Flows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I really like the fact that I can keep my same phone and use Quo during business hours and then set up the settings so that I don't get any calls or texts after business hours. Helps me keep a good work life balance. I also like that when one of my team members are going on vacation I can adjust their call flow to make sure we don't miss any communications from customers and make sure that team member can focus on time away with their family. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

That there is no customer service number we can call, and no account rep we can call if there are any issues or questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly AI Receptionist With Great Support, But Bugs and Voice Options Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

It feels user-friendly and professional. They’re constantly updating its features based on user feedback and needs. It’s a solid starting point for an AI phone receptionist, with options to record calls and summarize transcripts. It also offers several different customizable call flows, which makes it easier to tailor the experience to what you’re looking for. Their support team is prompt and clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I’ve run into a few app bugs, and they can be frustrating to fix. The price also feels somewhat expensive for a small business that’s just starting out. For Canadian numbers, there isn’t an option to change the caller ID, which is limiting.

Voice options are another drawback. There are only a limited number of voices to choose from for Sona and voicemail, and the AI voices still sound a bit too artificial. That can be a deterrent for callers who want to speak with a more human-sounding receptionist. On top of that, Sona sometimes doesn’t read names correctly and can sound odd when listing numbers.

I’ve also had issues trying to train Sona to follow a specific call process and properly qualify callers. Lastly, I wish there were a way to integrate Quo with Lindy.ai. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Integrations That Make Quo Easy to Use Across Devices"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

It’s everything I need in one place, without having to carry an extra phone. I considered that option, but it just wasn’t for me. I also played around with the idea of adding an eSim line, but I wanted something I could access from my computer—and really from any of my devices. The integrations are amazing, and everything is logged, so it can be added into my notes, contacts, and calendars. Overall, it’s an amazing product: perfectly designed and easy to use. I have two businesses, and both of them use Quo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

It’s been a bit challenging to navigate the settings and get everything exactly the way I want it, but that’s to be expected—there are always some growing pains with any new service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional, Easy-to-Use Phone Service with a Great Text Option"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo is a very professional phone service for my travel business. I had a google number that didn’t work. I love Quo text option which wasn’t available from google either. But the last straw was not getting phone call or vm although I was paying for months! I find Quo easy to use and I like the app and online version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

I am still learning how to use Quo but the reply text message for vm failed to send. It’s probably user error. I will continue to work with the app and online features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good technology, nonexistent support and completely incompetent billing that will disable service"
0/5
What do you like best about Quo?

The software is great and very effective. It does not do multi tagging, which is a serious flaw for importing CSV files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The worst support of any software company and the stupidest AI chat that was ever created. On a Friday the texting stopped working and I paid an extra $65 to get it working three hours of tech-support and nobody could solve the problem even though I sent screen captures of the payments. What's most frustrating though is the AI chat is so unbelievably hideously horrible truly something that can give somebody with high blood pressure or heart attack thank God I don't have high blood pressure. If you're prepared to use software that does not have support this is a good choice if they're billing is so in ineffectual that you cannot buy extra credit credits to send text then stay away from the software. "Easy, Professional Call and Text Management for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is how easy it is to manage business calls and texts from one place. The setup is straightforward, the interface is clean, and features like missed-call notifications, automatic text responses, voicemail, and the phone menu make it much easier to stay responsive without being tied to the phone all day.

I also appreciate that the phone menu helps filter out robocalls while still making it simple for a real customer to reach me. Overall, Quo feels practical, professional, and well designed for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The main thing I dislike is that some call-handling settings are not as customizable as I would like. For example, I would prefer more control over how long the phone menu repeats, what happens after repeated timeouts, and whether the desktop ringtone can be fully disabled.

A few features also require upgrading to a higher-priced plan, which can feel limiting for a small business that only needs one or two additional tools. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but more flexibility in the call-flow settings would make Quo even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Avoid Quo - Too Many Issues"
0/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Marketing makes Quo look better than it actually is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The user interface was confusing for all users. Both the soft app on computers and the phone app were difficult to use. To make a simple phone call took many steps, was sometimes hidden, and it was unclear which number you were calling from or the status of the call.

Multiple times over a few months, Quo experienced complete systemwide phone outage. In 10 years of using Ringcentral previously, we never experienced a single instance of something like that.

No fax service included.

Quo would errantly charge us for new users we never asked for. It was difficult obtaining refunds for those incorrect charges.

Price for Quo increased substantially within a couple months from the price we originally agreed on. When we finally left Quo, they purposefully slowed the porting for weeks so they could charge us another month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Smooth Multi-Device Setup, and Everything Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

The UI is clean, the features are easy to use, and it simply works. It connects smoothly to my phone, iPad, and laptop, so I don’t have to worry about which device I have with me. I haven’t run into any glitches or bugs so far, and customer support has been very quick and effective for setup and porting my old number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

My one dislike about QUO is how little I actually get to use it. Everyone seems to prefer emailing me instead of calling or texting. QUO gives me the option to call or text, but everyone still chooses email. So, if I have one complaint, it’s that I barely get to use QUO and I really wish I could use it more.
